What is t'nalak?
Long panel of banana (abaca) cloth, locally known as t'nalak. T'nalak is a colorfully designed cloth hand-woven using abaca fibers. The t'boli tribe's traditional tinalak cloth is exchanged during marriages and used as a covering during births. Now, this distinct cloth is being used for home decoration, jewelries, fashion accessories, bedding, blanket, bags, sandals, frames, upholstery and many more.
